Union Infantry

As regular readers will know these last few weeks I have been experimenting in painting figures of different eras. One of the periods I'm interested in is the American Civil War. There is a collection of some nice plastic figures, that can be used, and in this instance, I used figures from two sets of Italeri (Union Infantry - Confederate Infantry).

Below there are some photos of my first Union infantrymen. They were a joy to paint!
