It's been a rather long day for me (plenty of work, house errants and social contacts), that's why I ended up uploading my finished work so late.
If you've seen my last post, I put up a quiz, regarding the usage of some plastic men and toothpicks. Most of you have figured out what I was planning to do, and below you will find the photos confirming this. I decided to make some figures using bangalore torpedoes with some toothpicks! They came out a bit too bulky (they should have been slimmer), but when I came up with the idea in using some round plastic, the painted toothpicks were already stuck on their bases. :-)
I got this idea when reading a book from Osprey publishing, showing some plucky Brits, storming a bunker with the help of some smoke and some bangalore torpedoes.
Apart from showing the finished bases with the figs, I decided to be the 'director' of the storming phase, moments before the bangalore torpedoes explode! :-)
