I am sure you are all familiar with this ingenious punchline, coming from a group of people which I admire the most. L&D, Monty Python at their finest moments!
This line from the following video has facilitated my shift in painting figures from other historical periods, besides WW2 as it was the case for quite some while now.
Below you will find photos of some freshly painted Vikings, coming from Zvezda's excellent kit ( #8046 - Vikings). Some experimentation in trying new painting techniques, alongside with some other distractions that came across - see History Channel's new series - The Vikings (well, we're already waiting for the 3rd part of the story), have put me in the procedure of trying to play with some new toys - I must confess that I get distracted very easily - we all do, I'm sure - that's why there are so many kits around to buy after all.
I hope you like them.
T.
P.S: More painting projects will follow in due course. There are so many historical periods that rang my doorbell! :-)
Great work T!
