Being a modeller for quite a few years now, I decided to explore the endless possibilities that the world (through internet) offers, and come up with a series of ways of building, modelling and painting fast (but not hastily), to create the worlds I was seeing in history books since I was little. . .If you care to join me. . . This is the place to be! And, I promise you to find the way (or ways)!!

Reinforcements by post have arrived!

Hi everyone,

I am very happy that you like my previous tutorial about the checkpoint I made.

Today the only thing I will show you is some kits I got for my British Artillery battery that I am planning to make.

I have bought three kits from Airfix (Matador & 5.5' guns) and one kit from Hat (WW1 British Artillery crew). I chose the latter, since there are no any other alternatives in the market at the time being. I need to do some conversions on the figures (on their trousers to be exact), but I think that in the end I'll sort it out.
So, for the time being, just stay tuned for the next post with some progress on these kits.

Have a nice evening!

T.

  10. Nice to see you took my idea of the WW1 crew. Now I can see what they will look like when an expert paints them.

    Looks like a fun haul!

  13. Airfix Magazine had some conversions from various sets for an 8th Army 5.5" crew. There was also an article on detailing the gun itself. I can send you scans if you want.
