My photo
Being a modeller for quite a few years now, I decided to explore the endless possibilities that the world (through internet) offers, and come up with a series of ways of building, modelling and painting fast (but not hastily), to create the worlds I was seeing in history books since I was little. . .If you care to join me. . . This is the place to be! And, I promise you to find the way (or ways)!!

Near the poplars. . .

Good day everyone!!!

First of all, let me apologize for my absence, but due to business reasons, I had to travel from Greece to England for quite a few times during these past three weeks.

Below is something that I've made last Tuesday. It is something complementary for my project, and it can be used in other ''fields'' as well.
It is based on a simple vinyl tile. Great stuff, and very durable (try to find some for your projects)!
The fence, is self made (2mm balsa wood), the hedges are Woodland Scenics' Cluster Foliage (Medium Green), and the tress are Noch's Poplar trees.

An easy construction, that can be used alongside my buildings (sth for a must needed change, if I may say)! :-)

I hope you like it!

  6. I also have use vinyl tiles, but they have an unfortunate tendency to warp. How did you prevent this?

  13. Thank you all for your kind words!
@Dan: The vinyl tiles I have are made for adhering strong glue on them, so that they don't warp. I haven't come up with this thing, until now. My only suggestion to you would be, to find some tiles, that have ''hollow cells'' so as to absorb the glue.
